Craig studied Electrical Engineering at the QIT (now QUT) during which time he became a Christian and an active part of the Brisbane INC.
After a short period working in the electrical engineering industry he joined Brisbane INC on staff as youth leader. Over the following years he served as youth leader, teens co-ordinator, pastor and executive pastor where he was responsible for the oversight of all pastoral staff.
In 1994 Craig, his wife Chris and their four sons moved from Queensland to the north side of Melbourne where they pioneered a new INC church at South Morang called Infinity Church. The church and Craig’s leadership has been a cornerstone in the establishment and growth of INC in Victoria. Craig was the Victorian INC State Chairman from 1999 till 2017 as well as member of the National Executive for INC Australia from 1999 until May 2022. He now assists with mentoring of churches in Victoria and NSW.
The INC mission is to plant churches across Melbourne and Victoria and Australia.
Craig has led missions teams into the Ukraine and to China as well as having preached in many of the INC churches in Australia and New Zealand, Fiji, Egypt and Thailand. His ministry focuses on developing the leadership giftings in people’s lives and working with the church to develop coaching, church health, and leadership empowerment as well as spiritual dynamics that lead to healthy churches that multiply.
